What Happens in Bermuda Triangle
Pack life into a few lines with me.
DONATE!
Venmo
This sunrise
I watch a battle
in my kitchen:
desire for cheese
against dislust
for doing dishes
And then I think -
make people smile
and if they don't
just leave them
to dissolve
I stand in front of you
naked
Ready to let go
no more protecting
myself
no less than willing
to fully dive
You might find things ridiculous
but if they make me happy
I'll breathe it all in
making my lungs even bigger
taking it even faster
until I've tickled myself
back into assertive freedom
With no room left for other
Field dreams
Sun on white skin
of the sky
Warmth sneaking
up into the heart
Bring out the face
you hide
Which days
do you set out
a container to catch
drunken stars
